SHIPPING DETAILS
At New York Wardrobe, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and strive to provide the highest level of responsiveness.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The delivery time consists of two stages:
1. Processing time: Your order will be verified, approved, and packed within 2 to 3 business days. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping time: Once the package has been picked up by our carrier, the delivery time is 9 to 12 days. The parcel is shipped by the local postal service. *Please note that all delivery times exclude potential customs delays. Shipping may be slower during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free tracked shipping worldwide. This service includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage of your parcel.
